Service description
- Sharewell lets users create collaborative greeting cards, digital guestbooks, message collections, and printable or shareable card outputs.
- Features may include card creation, message collection, photo uploads, participant tracking, reminders, PDF generation, themes, and paid options.
Acceptance and access
- Using Sharewell means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
- We may modify, suspend, or interrupt all or part of the service for maintenance, updates, security, legal, or operational reasons.
- You must use Sharewell lawfully and must not interfere with the service or other users.
User content
- You keep your rights in the messages, photos, names, and other content you submit.
- You grant Sharewell the rights needed to host, store, reproduce, display, format, print, generate PDFs, share, moderate, and deliver that content as part of the service.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, pornographic, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
Moderation
- We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts when we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.
- Users can report inappropriate content through available contact or reporting channels.
Purchases and paid features
- Premium is an optional paid upgrade for a single card. The price, supported currency, and included features are shown before purchase in Stripe Checkout.
- Premium unlocks immediately for the selected digital card, so refunds are handled case by case. Contact support if you upgraded the wrong card, were charged twice, or premium did not activate.
- Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.
Intellectual property
- The Sharewell brand, interface, software, designs, graphics, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, exploit, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law or with written permission.
Liability
- Sharewell is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every user contribution will be available forever.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Botcave SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
Applicable law
- These terms are governed by French law. Where no mandatory consumer rule requires another forum, disputes are brought before the competent French courts.
