Getting started
Do people need an account?
No. Organizers can create and manage a card from the private admin link, and contributors can sign from the invitation link. Creating an account is useful when you want all your cards saved in one place.
What occasions can I use it for?
Use it for farewells, birthdays, weddings, welcomes, congratulations, thank-you notes, holidays, team celebrations, and much more.
Inviting people
How do I invite people to sign?
Copy the invitation link and send it anywhere you like, or add email addresses so Sharewell can send the invitations for you.
Can Sharewell send reminders?
Yes. Premium cards can schedule up to three reminders. Each reminder goes only to invited people who have not written on the card yet.
Can contributors add photos?
Yes. Turn on photo uploads in the card settings, and contributors can attach an image to their message.
Managing the card
What can I edit after creating the card?
From the organizer page, you can change the title, recipient, occasion, invitation text, design, photo setting, gift fund link, notifications, and card status.
Can I close or reopen a card?
Yes. Close the card when you are done collecting messages, and reopen it later if someone still needs to participate.
Can I add a gift fund link?
Yes. Add a gift fund, registry, or contribution link from the organizer page. Contributors will see it when they sign.
PDF, printing, and premium
How do I get the final card?
When the messages are ready, open the organizer page and generate the PDF. You can download it, send it digitally, or print it for the recipient.
Can I print the card?
Yes. Sharewell creates a PDF made for printing. For the cleanest result, use booklet-style printing or send the PDF to a local print shop.
Is Sharewell free?
Yes. You can create a card, invite people, collect messages, and generate the PDF for free. Premium is a one-time upgrade for one card: premium themes, participant tracking, up to three reminders, an ad-free writing page, and higher-resolution participant images.
How does moderation work?
Participants can report messages, and organizers control whether the card is open or closed. Sharewell also applies a moderation policy for unsafe or disrespectful content.
